Structure Fire on S Dupont Hwy

On Friday night at 21:05 hours, Station 47 along with Ladder Company 50(Harrington), Tanker Company 78(Greenwood), BLS 50, and KM8 were alerted for a house fire on S. Dupont Hwy. Station 52(Houston) had a staffed crew at their Station and responded at the request of Command. Command 47(Asst Chief Greenlee) arrived on scene and reported a working alarm with fire thru the roof. Arriving Crews initiated an interior fire attack along with searches of the residence. The scene was placed under control at 21:40 hours and units remained on scene for another hour performing overhaul. Units Responding Command 47, Rescues 47 and 52, Tower 50, Tankers 47-3, 78-5, 52-7, Engines 47-4, 47-5, 50-1, 78-2, 78-4, B-50, B-78, KM8, FM28. Engine 72-1 Stood-By at Station 47.
