Fatal MVC Main St and Farmington Rd.

Early Sunday morning Station 47, Ambulances 50 and 78, KM8, and Trooper 2 were alerted for an MVC with entrapment at Main St and Farmington Rd. Command 47 went on scene to find the single vehicle well off of the roadway and two occupants trapped. Crews from Rescue 47 and Engine 47-4 extricated one of the occupants who was transported by B50 to Trooper 2 and flown to CER. The second occupant was pronounced DOA by paramedics, and was removed from the vehicle following DSP investigation. Units responding; Command 47, Rescue 47, Engine 47-4, 47-8, B50, A78, KM8 and Trooper 2. 47-18 (Greenlee) had the Command.
