MVC W/ Entrapment and Fuel Leak.

On Monday afternoon Station 47, along with Ambulance 50, KM8 and KM5 were alerted for an MVC on Hogtown Rd. Ambulance B-50 went on scene to find a single vehicle vs irrigation pump and diesel fuel tank. They advised Command that they would need extrication for both occupants of the vehicle and requested a second BLS and Aviation, they also advised of the leaking fuel. Command 47 went on scene and (Chief Williams) assumed Command. The Crew from Rescue 47 (Asst. Chief Legates crew of 6) was advised to set up for extrication. The Crew from Engine 47-4 (Asst. Chief Greenlee crew of 3) was advised to split their crew and assist with extrication efforts and to build a dike to stop the flow of diesel fuel. Command requested Dnrec and the Spill Trailer from 57 due to the ammount of diesel fuel that had leaked. After extrication was complete, one occupant was transfered to Trooper 2 and the other occupant was transported to a local hospital by Medic A-50.
